What should we pay attention to when processing precision stamping parts? 1. Use a single-process mold to punch some simple parts. The complex-shaped parts are punched by multiple punching processes, and the structure or strength of the die is limited, and its inner and outer contours should be punched into several parts. For workpieces with high flatness requirements, a leveling operation can be added after the blanking process.
2. Whether the structure and shape are complex determines the number of processes required for the bending part, which is determined according to the number of bending angles, relative positions and bending directions. So why sometimes add a shaping process after bending? This is because the bending radius of the bending part is smaller than the allowable value.
3. When we add the trimming process after the blanking process or directly use the precision blanking process, this is because the requirements for the cross-sectional quality and dimensional accuracy of the workpiece are relatively high.
Fourth, for the processing of precision stamping parts, our goal is to use the least and simplest stamping parts for processing, and the designed stamping parts should be simple in shape and reasonable in structure, which is conducive to the stamping operation, not only can improve labor productivity, but also is conducive to stamping Organizational production and mechanized and automated production of parts processing.
5. We must determine the number of processes according to the company's existing molding capacity and the status of stamping equipment. In addition, the molding ability must ensure that the mold processing and assembly accuracy meet the standards, otherwise the number of processes can only be increased.
6. The properties of the material, the height of the drawing, the number of steps in the drawing, the diameter of the drawing, the thickness of the material and other conditions determine the number of processes of the drawing, but the drawing process calculation can only be determined. If the fillet radius of the deep-drawn part is relatively small or the dimensional accuracy is required to be high, a shaping process should be added after the deep-drawing.
Seven, if we want to improve the stability of the precision stamping process, we need to increase the number of processes to ensure the quality of the stamping parts. For example, the additional positioning process hole punching of the bending part, the deformation reduction hole punching in the forming process to transfer the deformation area, etc.
