Accidental processing of drawing parts
1. What is stretching?
Answer: A stamping process method that uses a press and a corresponding mold to make a sheet into an open hollow part.
2. What is the elongation coefficient?
Answer: The ratio of the cross-sectional area of the material after each stretching to the end area before stretching is called the stretching coefficient of this time. The tensile coefficient actually reflects the degree of deformation of the tensile member.
3. If the tensile coefficient is too small, it means that the elongation of the material is not good, that is, the stretchability is not good, and the pulling is shallow.
The tensile coefficient is an important index to measure the formability of the sheet. The smaller the tensile coefficient, the better the forming performance of the material. If the tensile coefficient is too small, the cracking phenomenon will not occur when the material becomes severely thin. This is a manifestation of the material's excellent plastic forming properties, and it's not a bad thing.
